Ki Property Group

When 3-PRIME began development of the website for Ki Property Group, the Client requested a lot of customization. We were happy to oblige and ended up creating a unique look and layout for a real estate website.

The identity and logo design phase was made easier with input from the Client using our questionnaire. As we corresponded with the Client over changes and edits, the end result was an outstanding logo with tremendous brand presence.

There was a need to create custom template backgrounds for both desktop and mobile views to be used in unique display situations. Responsive web design was employed to display the content appropriately within various device types such as desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

The site integrates an IDX/MLS feature which allows site visitors to search for any property in the area, whether it is owned/managed by Ki Property Group, or not.
